Core Filtration Technologies
Physical Interception Technology: Utilizes 80–120 mesh screens made of stainless steel or food-grade polypropylene (PP). By relying on precision micropores, it directly blocks solid impurities-such as lint, loose threads, and coins-that exceed the pore size; this is a purely physical filtration method requiring no chemical additives.
Graded Pore Size Composite Technology: Employs a multi-layer design with progressively smaller pore sizes. The outer layer captures large debris while the inner layer traps fine lint, balancing filtration precision with water flow efficiency and avoiding the flaws of single-layer screens (which are either too dense and prone to clogging or too coarse and allow lint to pass through).
Flow Deceleration and Sedimentation Technology: Incorporates flow-guiding slopes and retention zones within the filtration chamber. High-speed incoming water slows down abruptly, allowing fine fibers to settle and be trapped naturally via gravity, significantly enhancing the collection efficiency for minute particles.
Mainstream Structural Design Technologies
Impeller-Type Embedded Mesh Box Technology: In 87% of impeller-type (top-load) models, a removable mesh box is positioned on the lower-middle section of the inner tub wall. Constructed with a polypropylene frame and nylon mesh bag (5–7 cm in diameter), it allows for easy removal and cleaning by the user.
Front-Mounted Drain Pump Filter Technology: Front-load models position the filter at the drain pump outlet in the lower-right corner of the unit. Comprising a plastic cover, a sealing plug, and a mesh screen, it captures impurities like hair and paper scraps, preventing damage to the pump impeller and pipe blockages.
Inlet-Side Pre-Filtration Technology:A micro-mesh screen is installed at the connection point between the water inlet hose and the machine body. It specifically filters out rust, sediment, and limescale from the tap water, preventing hard impurities from clogging the inlet valve and protecting the water intake system.
